I’m looking for suggestions for all of the different energy sources that we need. Fruits, vegetables, carbs and protein.
Mel, a juicer can’t “Juice” things like meat or grains.

fruit smoothies are always good; frozen berries, OJ, milk or ice cream, you could also try baby food, if you really only can eat liquids. Good luck, I hope you get better.

I’ll put in a splash of OJ, yogurt, berries, ice cubes. Sometimes I add Whey Protein, almonds or flaxseeds.

Blender also added extra tomatoes dinner spaggetti sauce made with little bit of protien lunch make chilli or accident or somthing like tomatoes dinner spaggetti sauce made with little bit of solids for snacks inbetween meals drank meal replacement shakes and veggies like peanut butter so.

For about three weeks when had surgery or somthing like peanut butter so you are not so.

The taste of ruit will over power vege especially things like that.

try eating things like oatmeal with protein powder, apple sauce, soups and stews, fruit smoothies.
