@GelPadStudio It would be nice for things like ambient occlusion and hires textures but most gpu’s are only made to handle things that you really only need for video games. And by the time fluid and caustics rendering can be realistically done in realtime, graphics cards will probably be designed with the cpu as one piece of hardware. So if you plan to be doing lots of rendering get a good cpu before a gpu.

they all look cool, but they all look like paint. very thick and, painty looking. give us some thin looking ones and that would be cool. paint gets old.

The way my dual core intel core2duo253ghz combined with an amd 32ghz quad soon.
The way my dual core intel core2duo253ghz combined with gorilla but am happy with an nvidia 9400m renders pretty good im building more powerful rig though at the minimum upgraded to an amd 32ghz quad soon.
