Can I Import my Blender 3d environments and models to Microsoft XNA to create a game?

Richard asked:
What I really want to do is import Models and 3D environments that I create in Blender to Microsoft XNA. I really want to create a game with models made by Blender. And also a sub question would be, is the Blender 3D enviorment better than Bryce. If so can I import Bryce Enviorments. Also when I mean better, I mean by graphics quality. Thank You all in advance.

Blender has no limit on the formats blender can export matches one of the graphics quality if one xna can import then it should work obj is fairly popular 3d format so would start there.
