I’ve bought a new blender and I’m making protein shakes to help loose weight. I’m a double extra large and I want to get back down to a large for theres this lovely jacket I want to buy and wear. I’ve lost 15 kilos so far by just walking everywhere and bike riding. So my question again What lovely drinks can you make with a blender?
