No blender but how to make a good homeade Chocolate Shake?

I don’t have a blender (or food processor or anything like that) but I know I must still be able to make a homeade Chocolate shake. I have the Chocolate Ice cream, milk, vanilla if I need it.. Actually I need a recipe please?

How to use Prismacolor Colorless Blender marker?

I recently got a set of fleshtone Prismacolor markers as a present from a friend.
There’s a colorless blender marker - I feel really stupid, but I don’t understand how to use it. It just looks like water inside a marker when I use it.

Any tips would be great!
