How do you turn milk into cream via blender?

I bought a blender that was shown at the ideal home show. They showed that it could turn milk into cream. I’ve forgotton how they did it (went last year) but I was wondering if there are any internet guides or or if any of you have I am using the ainsley harriot blending system AH109.
