Is there any way to make virgin margaritas without a blender?

I am currently 7 months preggo and my 21st birthday is comming up in 2 weeks and I want to celebrate but I of course can’t have the alcohol. And I don’t own a blender and don’t want to have to buy one just for this for it to sit around and never be used again.
