I have just moved out of India and looking for something that will substitute the mixer. I would need to make idly and dosa batter.
I would need the rice/lentils soaked and ground to make medium thick paste (like a waffle batter) so as to make dosa/idlies.

It was out for three days. I know im dumb for not washing it right away.
i washed it with only regular dishwashing soap and really hot water and i havent used it since.
Its been about a month. and nothing has grown on it. Do you think its okay to use it now?
i actually used it already and made some carrot soup… i tried it and its been about 2 hours and nothings happened. good sign?
