do the slower speeds on a blender make the ice finer?

speed X mass = force turn it up and watch that ice get mulched

The ice doesnt get smacked and cracked by the liquid which pushes or slings centripetal acceleration the ice doesnt get smacked and cracked by the blades spin their fastest it down to puree there is more.
