Grapes and watermelon do not make smoothies.  Use any kind of berry (strawberry, raspberry, blueberry...) and bananas and peaches work well too.  Start with something simple, like banana, strawberry, yogurt, ice, then experiment.</description>

		<description>Add about 1 cup of frozen strawberries (defrosted), about 1/2 cup of orange sherbert, about 1/2 cup of orange juice and about 2 cups of ice.  Blend until smooth and yummy yum.  Tastiness.  

A great way to do smoothies is to add your favorite sherbert or sorbet...raspberry, lime, lemon, orange, etc.  Adds a little umph.  Yum!</description>
