Relationship Advisor asked: I want to mix a heavy powder in milk and I don’t have a blender. I used a fork and it left alot of noticeable lumps.

An egg whipper if you have one and just put in bit of powder at time.

Have a food processor, smoothie maker?? If not, what about putting it in a water bottle or container with a good seal and shaking it up? Or use a spoon to make a “whirlwind” in the milk first and then dump the powder. It helps it dissolve better. Also, if you can heat the milk in a pan on the stove, the powder will dissolve better.

If you can afford heavy powders (I’m assuming protein supplements) then you can afford a blender.

Mix the powder in a small amount of very hot water first. This step will dissolve the powder. Then add the milk.
