How do i get the files on the Software Blender 3D on a usb plug?

I made a video thing in blender…almost the fox production thing u see in movies but i can only play it on blenders software and i was wondering how do or wat do i do to play it on windows media player? and also how do i save it as a file? so i can put it on my usb plug?
