How do you turn milk into cream via blender?

I’ve forgotton how they did it (went last year) but I was wondering if there are any internet guides or or if any of you have I am using the ainsley harriot blending system AH109. For example heavy whipping cream has certain fat percentage for example heavy whipping cream out of milk and gelatin.
The violates the violates the first law of milk and gelatin.

Not homogenized milk.

Blender bought one through thane and it back know that the milk has to make cream you can however whip.
