I haven’t used my eyeshadow blender brush in about a year. Is it still safe to use if I clean it?

Sure, clean it with a mild shampoo and let it air dry off the side of a table..(so the bristles arent touching the table)

I recommend cleaning the brush with an anti-fungal brush cleaner. You can also wash it with shampoo until you are able to pick up a brush cleaner. You can get brush cleaners at Sephora, Origins, drug stores, etc.
Lay the brush flat to dry.
