I want to make recycled paper out of newspaper, but I realized my blender is broken. Is there a way to do it without one?

You could try it with a food processor, or a smoothie mixer, but I can’t think of any way by hand that would pulverize it enough.

Soak it longer to make it pulpier, and then beat it in a large jar or bowl that you can hold under one arm while you stir/thrash it vigorously with something like a piece of broom handle. Probably have to add some extra water than you would otherwise.

soak it good and use a power drill with a paint mixing/,ortar mix attachment.
